Interior Designer

  • Space Planning: Analyze the layout of the restaurant space, considering factors such as traffic flow, seating capacity, and zoning regulations. Develop efficient floor plans that optimize space utilization while ensuring comfort and accessibility for diners and staff.
  • Material Selection: Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and decor elements that complement the restaurant's concept and theme. This includes choosing flooring, wall treatments, lighting fixtures, furniture, artwork, and accessories.
  • Color Scheme and Lighting Design: Develop a cohesive color palette that enhances the restaurant's atmosphere and reflects its brand identity. Design lighting schemes that create the desired mood, balance ambient and task lighting, and highlight key features or focal points within the space.
  • Custom Design Elements: Design custom-built elements such as bars, counters, booths, tables, and signage to suit the restaurant's aesthetic and functional requirements. Work closely with craftsmen, carpenters, and manufacturers to ensure quality and accuracy in fabrication.
  • Budget Management: Develop project budgets and timelines in consultation with restaurant management. Source materials and furnishings within budgetary constraints while maintaining quality standards and design integrity.
  • Client Communication and Presentation: Present design concepts, mood boards, and renderings to clients for approval and feedback. Communicate effectively with clients throughout the design process, addressing their concerns and incorporating their preferences where possible.
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the design project from inception to completion, including site visits, meetings with contractors, and quality control inspections. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines accordingly.
  • Post-Installation Evaluation: Conduct post-installation evaluations to ensure that the design meets the client's expectations and functional requirements. Address any issues or concerns promptly and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to the restaurant industry. Incorporate innovative ideas and techniques to enhance the dining experience and keep the restaurant's design fresh and appealing to customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
