Computer Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team for long-term growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor computer systems, servers, and software applications.
• Handle daily data entry, file management, backups, and system updates.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues.
• Manage email correspondence, documentation, and reporting.
• Assist with database management, record keeping, and system security.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.
• Support other departments with computer-related operations when needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
• Maintain inventory of IT and office equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Computer Operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email handling, and internet research.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma/Graduate in Computer Applications, IT, or related field.
