Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company computers, data management systems, and shared folders for all ELV and cabling projects.
• Prepare, organize, and update documents such as quotations, BOQs, delivery notes, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Maintain records of product catalogs, cable specifications, and technical datasheets (Cat6, fiber, fire alarm, solar, etc.).
• Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and technical teams for order processing and project tracking.
• Update and back up daily files (price lists, client records, supplier correspondence, certification documents).
• Handle emails, Excel reports, and data entry into ERP or inventory software.
• Print and prepare product labels, packaging data, and certificates for marketing and dispatch teams.
• Support IT-related tasks such as printer setup, file sharing, system formatting, and antivirus updates.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company data and ensure secure system usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
