Gulf Star Travel & Tourism is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Computer Operator with hands-on experience in CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other office software.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital records, updating client data in CRM, preparing reports in Excel, and assisting in day-to-day administrative operations.

You will work closely with management to ensure smooth data flow, timely reporting, and accurate documentation — maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update customer data in CRM software.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyse reports using Advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
  • Perform daily system backups and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with online documentation and digital filing systems.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth data operations.
  • Handle office correspondence and maintain organized digital files.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Excellent command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Expertise in Advanced Excel (Formulas, Conditional Formatting, Dashboard creation).
  • Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Computer Operator / Data Entry Executive / CRM Executive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
