Computer & Printer Technician

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Print Service Technician to support customer sites with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of printers. You will work mostly printers and copier machines for HP, Canon, Brother, Xerox, Konica Minolta, and other leading brands, helping customers maximize uptime and optimize print performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs of Laserjet and office print
• Provide technical support to ensure all printers are running at optimal efficiency to meet customer needs
• Conduct system diagnostics and repairs
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate customer records
• Collaborate with the service team to resolve complex technical issues
• Stay current on advancements in print technology

Qualifications:

• Experience with Office, Laserjet prints and Copiers, including printer installation and trouble-shooting.
• Printer and Copiers network confirguration , preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Technical certifications are a plus
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for installations and service calls as needed

Additional Details:

• Saturday- Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
• Periodic travel, covering key locations over the kingdom.
• Some sites require monthly or service-based visits.
