Responsibilities:

• Teach Computer Science at High School level to students in a supportive international school environment
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the American curriculum
• Assess, track and report on student progress in line with school and curriculum standards
• Contribute to curriculum development and collaborative planning
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and safeguarding
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development and school activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related subject
• Recognised teaching licence (PGCE, QTS or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years’ full-time experience teaching Computer Science at Middle School level
• Cambridge Curriculum or UK mainstream school teaching experience (essential
• )Experience teaching in international schools and/or the Middle East (advantageous)
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Ability to adapt teaching to a diverse, multicultural student body
