Computer Service Technician

We are looking for a experienced Computer / Laptop Service person to join our computer shop in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Installation and setup of Windows, MS Office, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various laptop brands mainly Lenovo and HP laptops. You should be proficient in both hardware and software aspects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Electronics, Computer Hardware Maintenance, or a related certification
• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in laptop/computer repair. (Freshers with strong technical skills from a recognized training institute may apply).
• Knowledge of BIOS flashing and firmware updates.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
