Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and motivated Computer Teacher who can teach computer science concepts, basic programming, and ICT skills to students. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver practical, engaging, and interactive lessons that build strong digital literacy and technical understanding among students.

Job Specifications

• Shift: Morning
• Location: Banigala, near Imran Khan Chowk, Islamabad
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS Computer Science preferred)
• Experience: 3–4 years of teaching experience in a school or academic environment

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of computer science and ICT concepts
• Basic programming understanding (introductory level)
• Excellent classroom delivery and communication skills
• Ability to teach in a practical and engaging manner
• Patient, organized, and student-focused personality

Key Responsibilities / Duties

1. Classroom Teaching & Subject Delivery

• Teach Computer Science concepts including basic programming and ICT skills
• Introduce students to fundamental computer operations and applications
• Deliver lessons in a practical and interactive manner
• Encourage hands-on learning and student participation

2. Practical Computer Skills Development

• Train students in basic computer usage (MS Office, typing, internet usage)
• Teach introductory programming concepts suitable for school level
• Guide students in using educational software and digital tools
• Promote safe and responsible use of technology

3. Lesson Planning & Preparation

• Prepare structured daily and weekly lesson plans
• Develop practical exercises, assignments, and activities
• Use visual aids, demonstrations, and lab-based teaching methods
• Adapt lessons according to student learning levels

4. Student Assessment & Evaluation

• Conduct regular quizzes, tests, and practical assessments
• Maintain records of student performance and progress
• Evaluate both theoretical and practical understanding
• Provide constructive feedback for improvement

5. Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline in the computer lab and classroom
• Ensure proper usage and care of computer equipment
• Supervise students during practical sessions
• Create a safe and focused learning environment

6. Child Development & Digital Literacy

• Build students’ confidence in using technology
• Encourage logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Develop interest in computer science and IT fields
• Support students in becoming digitally literate

7. Parent Communication

• Communicate with parents regarding student performance
• Share updates on academic and practical progress
• Discuss improvement areas when necessary
• Maintain professional communication standards

8. School Participation

• Participate in school events and academic activities
• Support ICT-related school programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with staff and administration
• Contribute to improving digital learning environment

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
