Computing Solutions Manager

Huawei Pakistan is looking for a Computing Solutions Manager to drive solution design and business growth in the AI and intelligent computing domain .

This role focuses on engaging with enterprise and government customers, designing AI computing solutions , and supporting end-to-end presales activities including POCs, solution architecture, and CXO-level engagement .

The ideal candidate combines strong AI/IT technical expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable computing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Ecosystem Development

• Build long-term relationships with customers across government, finance, and ISP sectors
• Engage with AI, IT infrastructure, and data center teams to identify opportunities
• Understand customer pain points and promote AI computing solutions

High-Level Communication

• Deliver technical presentations to CXO-level stakeholders
• Communicate latest AI computing solutions and product strategies

Solution Design & Requirement Analysis

• Analyze customer requirements in areas such as:
• Large model training & inference
• AI platforms & computing clusters
• Design end-to-end AI computing solutions
• Prepare HLD and LLD documentation

POC & Technical Validation

• Lead POC testing and validation activities
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure performance targets are met
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize solutions
• Deliver test reports and support project conversion to contracts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in IT, AI, or solution presales roles
• Strong understanding of:
• AI / Machine Learning / Deep Learning
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Big Data & Database systems
• Data Center & Computing Infrastructure
• Experience in AI computing platforms or intelligent computing projects
• Strong ability to design AI-driven solutions for enterprise use cases
• Excellent communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders (CXO level)
• Experience in technical documentation (HLD/LLD)

Preferred Profile:

• Hands-on experience in AI development or programming
• Experience with AI platforms, GPU computing, or model training environments
• Proven experience leading POCs and technical validations
• Strong understanding of AI industry trends and applications
