Concept Architect

Experience & Background:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the UAE
• Proven track record across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects (various scales)

Design & Technical Expertise:

• Strong ability in concept design development and creative thinking
• Full understanding of design processes.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction systems
• Ability to translate ideas into innovative and buildable architectural concepts
• Excellent presentation skills (concept boards, client presentations, storytelling)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and visual)
• Proficiency in hand sketching and visual expression

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong, original design concepts aligned with project vision and client brief
• Lead the early design stages, shaping massing, spatial quality, and architectural language
• Produce compelling visual narratives (sketches, diagrams, presentations) to communicate design intent
• Ensure design consistency and quality across all concept outputs
• Coordinate with internal teams to align concept with technical and regulatory requirements
