Concept Designer

A Concept Designer creates visual roadmaps, sketches, and detailed renderings (characters, environments, products, etc.) for movies, games, or products, translating ideas into tangible designs, focusing on aesthetics, function, and brand alignment, working with teams to define project direction and visual style from start to finish. Key duties involve brainstorming, research, creating storyboards/mood boards, using design software, and developing specs for final production. Key Responsibilities

• Ideation & Research: Brainstorm, research, and develop innovative ideas for products, characters, settings, or themes.
• Visual Development: Create sketches, mood boards, storyboards, 3D models, and detailed illustrations to convey concepts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with directors, producers, game developers, and marketing teams to meet project goals.
• Specification: Develop technical specifications, color palettes, and material callouts for production teams.
• Feedback Integration: Present concepts and proactively incorporate feedback to refine designs.
• Tool Proficiency: Use digital art tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate) and potentially 3D software (Blender, Maya).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing originality and technical skill.
• Deep understanding of composition, color theory, anatomy, and visual storytelling.
• Expertise in relevant design software.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work at various levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
