Concept designer/Interior Designer

Job Description: Interior Designer :

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute interior design concepts for co-working spaces, lounges, meeting rooms, and breakout areas.

Create space planning, layouts, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Source and select materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes aligned with brand standards and budget.

Ensure designs meet ergonomics, sustainability, safety, and compliance standards.

Incorporate user experience and community-building principles into workspace designs.

Stay updated with current design trends, workplace innovations, and best practices in co-working environments.

Oversee on-site execution, quality checks, and handover of completed projects.

Proven experience in commercial or co-working space design.

Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, etc.).
