:Job Summary
We are seeking a Concept Developer to lead the creation of innovative concepts, mood boards, and activation ideas for our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling narratives, designing final proposals, and ensuring all departments align with the overarching concept. This role requires a creative visionary with strong storytelling skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to collaborate across teams to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts, themes, and narratives for projects, ensuring they align with client goals and brand identity.
Create mood boards, visual presentations, and design proposals to communicate ideas effectively.
Ideate and propose unique activation ideas to enhance project engagement and impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, production, etc.) to ensure cohesive execution of the concept.
Present concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.
:Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
1+ years of experience in concept development, creative direction, or a related role.
Portfolio:
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in mood boards, concept design, and proposal development.
Skills:
Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively while managing multiple projects.
Strong collaboration and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.

Certification in Creative Direction or Concept Development (if available).
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
