Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the concessions team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to foster a motivated and efficient workforce
- Oversee all food production, preparation, and service activities ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Develop and implement operational procedures to streamline processes, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall service delivery
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness practices are followed consistently across all concession areas
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues promptly to uphold an exceptional guest experience
- Coordinate with culinary staff on menu offerings, special events, catering services, and dietary accommodations to meet diverse customer needs
Experience
- Proven management experience in food service management or hospitality management roles with a focus on concessions or restaurant operations
- Extensive background in food production, cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with strong leadership skills in supervising teams within a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance in the food industry
- Experience in managing inventory control, shift management, and cost analysis within a restaurant or catering setting
- Familiarity with culinary practices related to banquet service, catering events, or dietary departments is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture
