Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries.

Coordinate non-clinical resident services such as meal delivery, appointment reminders, and activity sign-ups.

Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.

Provide facility information, directions, and event updates.

Support administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and visitor logs.

Assist with admissions, discharges, welcome packets, and resident orientation.

Maintain confidentiality and security in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies.
Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Minimum 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or healthcare experience (senior living or long-term care preferred).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.

Ability to work collaboratively and sensitively with diverse populations.

NYS Security Guard license preferred.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping.

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally (e.g., packages, welcome materials).

Manual dexterity to operate phones, computers, and printers.

Clear speech and hearing required in a busy environment.

We are seeking a warm, professional, and service-oriented Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, staff, and visitors. The Concierge plays a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and coordinating non-clinical services that enhance the resident and guest experience.
