Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-service-oriented individual? We’re looking for a Concierge to be the warm and welcoming face of our nursing home.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor

• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately

• Provide general information and assistance to residents and their families

• Coordinate visitor check-ins and ensure a smooth front desk operation

• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a concierge, receptionist, or customer service role preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A compassionate and friendly attitude toward residents and guests
