Job Description
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team in Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and creating lasting impressions on our guests.

Greet and assist guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor

Provide comprehensive information about local attractions, restaurants, and services in Ras Al-Khaimah and surrounding areas

Make reservations for dining, transportation, tours, and entertainment on behalf of guests

Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issues

Manage the concierge desk, including maintaining brochures, handling mail and messages, and overseeing lost and found items

Assist with pre-arrival arrangements such as birthday decorations, honeymoon setups, or anniversary surprises

Book and coordinate limousine services, including managing billings and forecasting revenue

Stay updated on local events, attractions, and changes in the hospitality industry

Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences for future reference

Ensure compliance with hotel standards and safety procedures at all times
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality or service industry

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging attitude

Strong communication abilities with confident, clear English; additional language skills are a plus

In-depth knowledge of Ras Al-Khaimah and the UAE, including local attractions, customs, and culture

Proficiency in hotel management software, particularly Opera system and related sub-systems

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
