Concierge Host

To ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere in the concierge area. Serve all guests providing the highest level of services in an efficient and courteous manner while following Marriott Standards, procedures and policies at all times.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up concierge breakfast every morning.

Handle all guest' requests and fulfill them as quickly as possible.

Be very knowledgeable about local are, local events, attractions, sightseeing and cultural events.

Ensure that hotel interests are followed. Be informed about hotel contracts and follow them at all times.

Be trained in all guest relations functions and concierge lounge attendant functions. Be able to perform them when asked.

Each associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing.

At all times strive to represent Marriott in the most professional and courteous manner.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.90 per hour
