We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment. The role is responsible for assisting guests with personalized services, local recommendations, reservations, and special requests while maintaining the highest standards of discretion, efficiency, and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
- Provide warm, professional welcome and personalized assistance to all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, and entertainment bookings.
Concierge Operations
- Maintain and update the concierge desk resources, directories, and contact lists.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Manage ticket bookings, courier services, and special deliveries.
- Support VIP arrivals, departures, and special event coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of concierge or front office experience in a luxury hotel.
- Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment venues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
