Concierge Supervisor

A well reputed 5-Star resort is looking for a polished, proactive, and highly organized Concierge Supervisor to lead our guest services team at our premier 5-star resort. You will be the custodian of our guests' experiences, responsible for curating seamless, memorable, and anticipatory service. While our resort operates at a 5-star luxury level, we are specifically looking for a leader who has honed their operational skills and local expertise within a 5-star environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Leadership

• Supervise the daily operations of the concierge desk, bell desk, and valet parking teams, ensuring 5-star service standards are met consistently.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of the concierge team, fostering a culture of anticipation, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times and special events.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to disseminate information about VIP arrivals, resort activities, and local events.

Guest Experience & Concierge Services

• Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile guests (VIPs) and repeat clientele, ensuring their preferences are logged and met upon every stay.
• Fulfill complex guest requests, including securing reservations at exclusive restaurants, arranging private transportation, organizing off-site excursions, and sourcing hard-to-find items.
• Utilize the operational efficiency and problem-solving skills to execute tasks flawlessly in a high-expectation luxury environment.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery with poise, professionalism, and immediate action.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience within the Concierge department of a 5-star hotel or resort.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading capacity is highly preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Certification from Les Clefs d’Or (Golden Keys) is a significant advantage but not required.
