• Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, food & beverage, and security to ensure smooth service delivery
• Handle guest concerns promptly and effectively, providing personalized solutions to enhance their experience
• Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for concierge staff
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and feedback to improve service quality
• Assist in multilingual communication to accommodate diverse guests and ensure clear understanding across language barriers

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel or resort guest services, front desk operations, or hospitality roles
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve an international clientele
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards
• Previous restaurant or guest relations experience is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude and attention to detail
