Job Summary

Starling Talent Care Services LLC is looking for a responsible and service-driven Concierge Team Leader / Concierge Resident Manager to oversee daily concierge operations and ensure smooth service delivery at residential or mixed-use properties. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong coordination skills, and a commitment to high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily concierge operations and on-site staff

• Lead and guide concierge team members during shifts

• Act as the main point of contact for residents and management

• Handle escalated service requests and resident concerns

• Maintain duty rosters, attendance, and basic reports

• Ensure staff follow company policies and service standards

• Support training and onboarding of new team members

• Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times

Requirements Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge or customer service

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)

• Flexible to work shifts if required
