Hourly rate starting at $16.50/ hour

This is a full time position, you would be required to work an 8 hour shift Monday through Friday, 3pm-11pm


The Fitzgerald, a residential apartment community located in Midtown (Baltimore City) is seeking a full time concierge to work Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm.

At WPM, your job as a Concierge will include:

  • Creating and fostering a welcoming environment for all residents and guests.
  • Interacting with residents and developing a quick understanding of their needs and actions required to promote positive response.
  • Assisting with incoming mail and packages, including sorting and distributing
  • Coordinating and handling parking passes designated to the building
  • Answering telephones and responding to routine inquiries. Direct calls as appropriate
  • Reviewing and follow up with maintenance requests to confirm resident satisfaction
  • Providing back up as needed to other team members, including occasional tours of the premises
  • Models the Company’s Core Values for clients and other associates
  • Performs other duties as assigned, within reason and relevance to the job

Required skills:

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently
  • Ability to manage priorities and multi-task
  • Ability to engage others and cultivate positive relationships
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Ability to lift 30-50lbs

Education and Experience

  • 2 – 3 years’ prior customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
