Concrete Finisher

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, works well independently and with a crew, and can deliver exceptional results across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
– Prepare work areas by setting forms, grading, and ensuring proper site layout
– Place, level, and finish concrete for driveways, patios, sidewalks, slabs, and decorative concrete projects
– Operate finishing tools and equipment such as trowels, screeds, floats, power trowels, and saws
– Apply textures, stamps, colors, and other decorative finishes as needed
– Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and project specifications
– Assist with clean-up, sealing, and maintenance tasks
– Work efficiently to meet project timelines in various weather conditions

Qualifications
– Previous concrete finishing experience required (2+ years preferred)
– Ability to read project plans and follow instructions
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
– Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– Ability to work early mornings and occasional extended hours

Bonus Qualifications
– Valid Class A CDL license
– General construction experience (framing, carpentry, excavation, hardscaping, etc.)
– Experience operating skid loaders, mini excavators, compactors, or similar equipment
– Familiarity with retaining walls, pavers, or landscaping work
– Ability to lead small crews or assist with project coordination

Schedule
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM start time
Occasional weekends depending on workload

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
