Concrete Finisher / Landscape Construction Foreman

GLC Property Maintenance is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher / Landscape Construction Foreman to join our growing landscape construction team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys being part of a professional crew that builds exceptional outdoor spaces.

We're hiring for both a Concrete Finisher and a Lead Concrete Finisher / Landscape Construction Foreman. Whether you're an experienced finisher looking to advance your career or a proven leader ready to oversee projects and crews, we'd love to hear from you.

Unlike a traditional concrete contractor, our crews build complete outdoor living spaces. In addition to concrete flatwork and decorative edging, you'll also work on projects such as paver patios, retaining walls, grading, drainage, excavation, and other landscape construction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to expand their skill set while working on high-quality residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Form, pour, finish, and edge residential and commercial concrete
• Produce clean, professional concrete finishes with attention to detail
• Assist with site preparation, grading, and excavation
• Install paver patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, and other landscape construction projects
• Operate skid steers, excavators, compact equipment, and power tools
• Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
• Represent GLC Property Maintenance professionally on every job

Additional Responsibilities (Foreman Position)

• Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew
• Read plans and assist with project layout
• Coordinate daily job site activities and maintain productivity
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
• Train and mentor crew members while leading by example

Qualifications

• Concrete finishing experience is required
• Leadership or foreman experience is preferred for the foreman position
• Experience with landscape construction or hardscape installation is preferred
• Ability to operate construction equipment is a plus
• Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus)
• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
