Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman / Finisher to join our crew. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, safety-minded leader with strong technical skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Concrete forming, pouring, and finishing to high-quality standards
• Rebar installation and reinforcement work
• Reading and interpreting plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Operating heavy equipment
• Ensuring accuracy in measurements and project execution
• Leading and working alongside a crew in both local and remote job sites
• Maintaining safety, productivity, and efficiency on all projects

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to work full-time and overtime, including out-of-town or remote assignments if required
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (bending, kneeling, standing for long hours)
• Mechanical knowledge and hands-on construction experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but but mandatory
• CDL
