looking to hire a full-time Construction / Masonry Foreman to lead a crew.

Using your communication skills, you lead a construction crew on-site to accomplish masonry needs for the project. With high-quality craftsmanship, you perform tasks including subcontractor oversight, brick pointing, caulking, lintel replacements, pressure washing, swing stage rigging, waterproofing, metalwork, roofing, housekeeping, steelwork, concrete repairs, demolition work. Your expertise and attentiveness to detail provide your crew members with effective examples of how to perform. Making sure each job gets done on time and with superior results is your main objective.

In addition to physical tasks, you make forecasts of needed materials and place orders to ensure they arrive in time. Your awareness and responsible nature help you keep things running smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Leadership
• 5+ years of construction experience
• OSHA SST 62-hour
• Proven ability to supervise sites with various crew sizes with subcontract oversight
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret and execute construction drawings and contract specifications
• Established commitment to safety
• Proven experience to produce look-ahead schedules and work with other construction documents as required by the project
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with the customer, crew, and project teams
• Basic computer skills and construction math skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
