Concrete Laborer

Concrete Worker
We are looking for Concrete Laborers for projects throughout Southern California.

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Assist with all phases of concrete work, including forming, pouring, finishing, and cleanup
• Set forms, tie rebar, and prepare sites for concrete placement
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow directions from foremen and superintendents with regards to daily production schedule and activities
• Adhere to all company and jobsite safety rules
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 1 years experience needed
• Knowledge of structural carpentry a plus
• Knowledge of ADA guidelines a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Walking/Standing/Bending for long periods of time
• Perform strenuous physical labor in outdoor elements
• Open to travel in Southern California
• Must be able to work weekends and/or overtime when needed
• Required to have a valid DL
• Required to pass pre-employment drug test/physical/background check
