Concrete Pump Operator

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Pump Operator to operate and maintain concrete pumping equipment for construction projects. The candidate must ensure safe, efficient, and timely delivery of concrete at job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate concrete pump machinery (boom pump / line pump) at construction sites
• Set up and position the pump properly before operation
• Monitor the flow of concrete and adjust pressure as required
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and drivers for smooth operations
• Perform routine maintenance and daily inspection of the equipment
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major faults
• Ensure cleanliness of pump and pipelines after each operation
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at site
• Maintain logbook and report daily activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Concrete Pump Operator
• Experience in operating boom pumps and line pumps
• Valid UAE driving license (Heavy Vehicle License preferred)
• Good knowledge of safety standards and construction site practices
• Ability to work under pressure and in different site conditions
• Basic mechanical knowledge of pump equipment

Preferred:

• Experience in UAE construction projects
• Familiarity with major construction companies or infrastructure projects
• Ability to communicate in English/Hindi

Working Conditions:

• 10 hours duty per day + overtime as applicable
• One day weekly off
• Site-based work (various locations in UAE)
