-
Collect the vibration data from all rotating equipment using Emerson CSI 2140.
-
Familiar with Emerson AMS software and knows how to build a new equipment route configuration.
-
Analyze FFT spectrums and waveforms to identify the abnormal condition such as imbalance, misalignment bearing wear looseness, resonance and lubrication issues…etc.
-
Familiar with advanced data analysis such as phase analysis (cross channel) and bump test techniques.
-
Aware how to navigate and analyse vibration data from BN system 1.
-
Conduct Ultrasound inspection to detect the high frequency signals associated with: Air or gas leak in pressurize system- Bearing lubrication issue and early-stage fatigue- Electrical arcing or corona in electrical panels switch gears- Valve or steam trap malfunction

Analyze decibel level and sound patterns to determine defect type and severity.
-
Record ultrasound readings and maintain trending logs.
-
Support in lubrication greasing program to identify over or under greasing quantity.
-
Perform routine infrared thermal scanning of the rotating and electrical equipment to detect temperature anomalies.
-
Identify from the thermal photos the following condition such as overheating, loose connection, overload, hot spot-on motor, transformer, switchgear and MCC panels…etc.
-
Generate thermal images report and highlight any indicating of temperature deviation.
-
Collect the oil samples from operating equipment.
-
Review the test results to identify the root cause if any based on analysis results.
-
Recommend oil change intervals, filtration improvement or corrective maintenance as needed.
-
Measure and analyze electrical current signatures of induction motors to detect rotor bar defects, stator winding faults and air gap eccentricity etc.
