Role Summary And Impact

Connections Manager/Senior Manager for The Coca-Cola Company
to play a key role in developing and executing effective, multi-channel media strategies for The Coca-Cola Company. This role will focus on ensuring the successful implementation of media plans, optimizing campaign performance, and fostering strong day-to-day client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a solid understanding of the media landscape, a data-driven approach, and excellent communication skills to manage specific client initiatives and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Implementation & Oversight: Oversee the execution of defined media strategies across traditional and digital channels, ensuring alignment with client objectives and campaign goals. Provide guidance on tactical media choices.

Campaign Management & Optimization: Lead the day-to-day management, execution, and ongoing optimization of media campaigns. Monitor performance against KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with activation teams to implement adjustments.

Client Communication & Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for specific client initiatives, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction on project-level deliverables.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., analytics, creative, social) and external partners to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign delivery.

Team Supervision & Mentorship: Supervise and mentor a team of media planners/buyers, providing guidance on campaign execution, problem-solving, and professional development.

Performance Analysis & Reporting: Utilize media analytics to track campaign performance, generate insights, and prepare clear reports for clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of media investments.

Budget Oversight: Manage allocated media budgets for specific campaigns or projects, ensuring efficient spending and adherence to financial guidelines.

Industry Awareness: Stay informed about current media trends, new technologies, and competitive activities relevant to assigned projects.
Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a proven track record of managing successful media campaigns.

Expertise: Strong understanding of the media landscape, including digital and traditional channels. Experience in data-driven campaign optimization.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Client Focus: Proven ability to manage client communications effectively and build positive working relationships.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in media analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English. Ability to present information clearly and concisely.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
