Build and manage relationships with boat owners looking to consign and sell their vessels

Educate sellers on the consignment process, pricing strategies, timelines, and market conditions

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire consignment lifecycle

Conduct walk-throughs, document vessel details, and coordinate listings

Market consigned boats to prospective buyers and guide them through the purchase process

Coordinate showings, sea trials, and buyer follow-ups

Work closely with Sales Management, Service, and Business Office to ensure smooth transactions

Maintain accurate records, pricing updates, and customer communications in dealership systems

Actively source new consignment opportunities through referrals, outbound outreach, and local networking

Represent Boater’s World Marine Centers professionally in the Lake Placid boating community

Provide market insight and feedback to leadership on pricing trends and buyer demand

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred; marine, automotive, RV, or high-value asset sales a plus

Ability to explain pricing, value, and market conditions clearly and professionally
