Consolidation Scheduler

• Identify gaps in our existing processes and systems and work to develop and implement solutions.
• Provide feedback to your manager often; know when to escalate issues and/or feedback.
• Present your decision-making processes around shipments, etc. to a manager-level audience.
• Take full ownership of all high-complexity scheduling activities.

• Completed bachelor's degree is strongly preferred for this role - we welcome recent college graduates to apply regardless of area of study.

• Must be available to work on occasion in-office in Lockport, IL or Romeoville, IL when requested in advance (1-week notice)

• Strongly preferred: Completed Bachelor's degree
• Required: Reliable transportation to and from Joliet/Romeoville, IL
• Physical Requirements & Work Environment: This is a HYBRID-based opportunity. Applicants should be effective in both remote and onsite environments. Prolonged sitting/desk work. Use of hands for computer tasks. Ability to stand or walk for short periods. Good vision and hearing.
