You’ll specifically take care of optimizing project financial performance, including margin and cash, but also lead and coordinate project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out.
We’ll look to you for:
Accountability for project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP) performance
Defining project strategy and ensuring alignment with contract requirements
Leading and coordinating project activities and stakeholders, including resource and team management
Managing customer and external stakeholder relationships
Proactively managing risks, opportunities, and savings
Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, standards, and ethics
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
A Master’s degree
15+ years of experience as a project manager in the railway industry, including at least 5 years managing medium-critical projects
Experience working in multinational companies and across diverse business cultures
Strong project management skills and knowledge of railway products and systems
Advanced negotiation, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills
Proficiency in managing customer relationships and complex project environments
IPMA Level A certification (or equivalent) is desirable

Contribute to innovative and impactful projects
Utilise our flexible and inclusive working environment
Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning opportunities

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
