Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with strong experience in building and construction projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate must have solid technical knowledge, hands-on site experience, and the ability to lead and coordinate with project teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in building and construction projects
• Strong knowledge of design standards, construction detailing, and building codes
• Excellent coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and clients
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred (to facilitate communication with clients and site teams)
• Preference will be given to male candidates due to project site requirements and available accommodation
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural design for construction projects
• Review drawings, materials, and shop drawings
• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and subcontractors
• Prepare architectural reports, presentations, and technical submissions
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with specifications
• Support project delivery from concept to completion
