Your key duties

A Constructability Manager position has opened up on our Program Advisory team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced construction strategy manager to join our division in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementation planning and constructability, having worked for consultants and/or contractor’s tender departments. Experience implementing complex projects using Modern Methods of Construction is also crucial.

The role involves analysing how a project can be delivered effectively by benchmarking against similar projects, evaluating various delivery options, analysing key metrics, developing realistic timelines, developing construction and logistics strategies, and identifying technical risks and resources. The manager will also propose options and alternatives to enhance the overall project buildability, reduce risks, and shorten construction periods.

Responsibilities:

• Use experience as a benchmark to validate delivery timeframes
• Creating integrated programmes covering design, approvals, procurement, and construction.
• Provide technical solutions on construction buildability and methodology.
• Produce graphical visualization of the 2D/3D phases.
• Support the development of delivery strategies including procurement and packaging strategy.
• Develop other specific studies / presentations when required.
• Coordinate the studies and deliverables across the different teams.

Your skills and experience

• BSc in Engineering or similar
• Qualified professional capable of providing planning and technical expertise to manage complex tasks and multi-discipline projects.
• Extensive experience in implementation planning ideally in Contractor’s tender department preparing technical offers.
• In-depth knowledge of the design, procurement, and delivery process for large/complex projects
• Expertise in the communicating with high performing professional teams.
• Ability to organise and prioritise a demanding workload to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent PowerPoint experience, CAD & primavera are a plus.
