Overview

A leading international law firm seeks an Associate to join its market-leading construction disputes practice in the Middle East. This is a rare opportunity to work with a team recognised for its depth in high-value arbitration and complex litigation across the region.

Role
  • Advise on major construction, infrastructure, and energy disputes across the Middle East.
  • Act on international arbitrations (DIFC-LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL, and ad-hoc), as well as litigation before the DIFC and local courts.
  • Collaborate closely with partners acknowledged for their experience in construction and engineering disputes.
  • Be part of a growing practice, with the firm recently expanding its footprint in Riyadh to complement its established offices in Qatar and the UAE.
Candidate Requirements
  • 5-8 years' PQE (UK or equivalent) gained within a top international or leading regional firm.
  • Strong track record in international arbitration and litigation within the construction sector.
  • Excellent drafting, advocacy, and client relationship skills.
  • Regional experience or language skills a plus, but not essential.
