Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales leadership within a product-based industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent team management skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role. You will be responsible for supporting sales strategy execution, managing client relationships, mentoring the sales team, and contributing to the achievement of revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Drive business development by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotional activities based on market demand and competition.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a product-based industry.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire sales teams toward meeting business goals.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Education:

  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales data analysis platforms.
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle and B2B/B2C sales processes.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
