We are a pioneering company in the coffee industry, recognized as one of the most trusted and well-established names in the UAE. With decades of excellence in sourcing, roasting, and distributing premium coffee products, we are now expanding our dynamic team.

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the food sector to support our growth and maintain our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes), and supermarkets.
  • Promote and sell the company’s range of coffee and related foodstuff products to new and existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach within assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure product visibility and customer engagement.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer insights to management.
  • Work closely with internal departments (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and product sampling events when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the foodstuff or FMCG sector (coffee experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and growing accounts.
  • Valid UAE driving license and familiarity with UAE market and geography.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other language skills are an advantage).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
