Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline. The BDR will focus on generating qualified leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from outreach to handover. This role is critical to ensuring steady growth by identifying opportunities, educating potential clients, and setting up meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively research, identify, and qualify potential clients across real estate, industrial, and corporate sectors.
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn, exhibitions, events).
  • Build and maintain a healthy, consistent sales pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Nurture prospects by clearly communicating the value of scaled models and miniature gifting.
  • Book discovery calls and meetings for the Sales Manager/Director.
  • Track and report all lead generation activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales outreach.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, exhibitions, and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Background or exposure to exhibitions, marketing services, architecture, or creative industries is an advantage.
