Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the successful execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction management, project coordination, and team leadership. This role requires a strong understanding of construction estimating, project scheduling, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Branch Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency while managing resources effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all SF Bay Area operations, managing both pre-construction and construction teams.
- Lead and mentor project managers to ensure performance, accountability, and team growth.
- Manage 30–55 active projects from permitting through construction completion.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Oversee permitting, compliance, and coordination with regulatory agencies.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Review scopes, budgets, and change orders for accuracy and cost control.
- Conduct site visits for quality assurance, progress monitoring, and safety compliance.
- Provide leadership and executive updates on project milestones and branch performance.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and maintain accurate project records.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential.
- Proficiency in using construction management software BuilderTrend.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques and best practices in construction management.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in reading blueprints, schematics, and contracts is required.

Pay: $156,000.00 - $206,000.00 per year
