The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Counsel with at least 5 years of transactional construction experience to join our Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, New York or Washington, DC office.

The Day-To-Day:
As part of the Construction Group, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking matters in collaboration with senior attorneys.
You Have:
The ideal candidate will have experience representing public and private owners and private contractors on public and private development projects; and, will have experience with some of the following matters: drafting and negotiation of construction contracts (including design-build, design-bid-build, design-build-finance-operate-maintain, construction management, EPC, design, development), public procurement-related issues including drafting and interpretation of RFPs, public-private partnerships, contract administration, risk management.

The salary range for this role is $165,000 to $305,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
