Construction Crew Member

Responsibilities:

• Perform construction and site preparation work as assigned.
• Operate and maintain construction tools, heavy equipment, and power tools.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites.
• Assist in the installation of structures, foundations, and framing.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift/move materials as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Lead positions will oversee job sites, manage crews, and complete paperwork.
• Typical work hours of 7 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday (some evenings and weekends during peak seasons).

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, framing, and site work preferred.
• Proficiency in hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer preferred.
• Experience with heavy machinery and excavation preferred.
• Occasionally perform tasks unrelated to construction as needed to support overall operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $15.10-$17 per hour for entry-level laborers, with regular raises based on performance.
• Experienced workers in construction and site work will receive pay based on experience.
• Overtime pay (time and a half after 40 hours per week).
