Construction Data Analyst

OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a Construction Data Analyst for our Data Center Group in Mount Pleasant, WI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project & Operational Reporting

  • Assist in preparing recurring project performance reports
  • Track key metrics including cost, productivity, schedules, and resource utilization
  • Maintain dashboards used by operations and project teams
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of project data

Data Analysis & Business Support

  • Analyze job cost data, budgets, forecasts, and variances
  • Identify trends or anomalies affecting project performance
  • Support operational decision-making with data-driven insights

Field & Operations Collaboration

  • Work with project managers and field teams to validate data
  • Help standardize reporting and data entry practices
  • Support project status evaluations

Process & Efficiency Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting or workflows
  • Assist in improving data accuracy and visibility
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Systems & Tools

  • Work within company and project management systems
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets, models and dashboards
  • Support data extraction and validation tasks
  • Assist with backlog, workload, and performance tracking

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Strong Excel / spreadsheet skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Internship or coursework related to construction, finance, or analytics (preferred)
  • Familiarity with project-based environments (preferred)
  • Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
