Collins & Lacy, P.C. is looking for a skilled Construction Defect Defense Attorney to join our team in Columbia.

What You’ll Do
- Defend developers, contractors, sub-contractors, and design professionals in construction defect and related insurance defense matters.
- Handle cases from start to finish - pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediation, trial prep, and trial.
- Develop strategies, work directly with clients, and be part of a team that values trust and initiative.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed South Carolina attorney in good standing. North Carolina license is a plus.
- 3–5 years of construction defect, general liability, or insurance defense experience.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- A team-oriented mindset and sense of humor always help.
