We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 5-8+ years of experience in construction defect and other insurance defense matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafts motions and/or conduct depositions
• Excels in a fast-paced work environment
• Works well individually and as part of a legal team, and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Florida (additional state licensure is a plus)
• 5-8+ years of construction defect (Required)
• Experience in other insurance defense matters (Preferred)
