Construction Disputes Lawyer

We are working with an international law firm based in Dubai for an Associate to join their Construction Disputes team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an innovative Construction Disputes team, supporting senior lawyers on major international construction arbitration matters and property-related disputes, taking responsibility for legal research, drafting pleadings and submissions, and preparing evidence.

The Associate will also contribute to ongoing project advisory work, assisting a range of clients including contractors, developers and project companies.

Essential Criteria:

• 1-3 years’ PQE;
• Background in contentious construction law;
• Knowledge of Arabic is beneficial;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Technically excellent.
