Construction Advisory Disputes Associate

Are you a talented construction disputes lawyer with 1–3 years’ PQE, looking for a supportive environment where you can make a real impact? Our award-winning Construction, Advisory and Disputes (CAD) team in Dubai is seeking a new Associate to join us.

About the Role

  • Advise on substantial international arbitration disputes and project dispute advisory work in the construction sector.
  • Collaborate with leading contractors, developers, and project companies on high-profile infrastructure and energy projects.
  • Be part of a team consistently ranked Tier 1 in legal directories and recognised for excellence across the Middle East.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years’ post-qualified experience, ideally with construction disputes expertise in the UAE or Middle East.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a collaborative, client-focused approach.
  • Enthusiasm for business development and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
