Who You Are

• A motivated and experienced construction electrician (5+ years preferred) ready to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable reading blueprints, installing MC cable and conduit, and handling all aspects of commercial electrical work.
• Someone who sees the big picture and is eager to contribute beyond the job site.
• You want more than a paycheck — you're looking to grow into leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Install and repair electrical systems in commercial environments.
• Plan and execute layout of wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix electrical issues.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow established safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the owner and core team to streamline processes and ensure high-quality service.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction electrical experience.
• Proficient with electrical tools and materials.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to grow.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
