Construction Engineer (Offshore)

We are hiring skilled and experienced Construction Engineer with a strong background in offshore oil & gas projects for PMC projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction activities in challenging offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all offshore construction activities in line with project specifications, safety, and quality standards.
• Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Monitor progress and provide technical solutions to construction challenges.

• Ensure compliance with offshore HSE regulations and procedures.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, method statements, and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Civil.
• Minimum 10 years of offshore construction experience in the oil & gas sector.
• Minimum 5 years in GCC region
• Strong understanding of offshore installation methods, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in diverse, international environments.
• Valid offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET, Medical).
